I beg to differ.  Neither AUUG nor any of the current committee are
trustees controlling the Lions Award.

Good on them.  Everybody with no authority should agree to a
resolution.   How else can madness prevail?

I think you do.  I think you need to retract your original claim.  With
a nod to Christopher Vance, it's vital for nobody to continue this
