[AUUG-Talk]: Progress on AUUG logo/name and Historical Records

Has there been any progress on protecting or selling the AUUG
Intellectual Property, or the rights to use the name/brand?

Specifically the name & logo are not trademarked (thought they could be).
There was a discussion of the DNS records.
Did that reach a conclusion? [IIRC, Stephen Rothwell keeps it?]

Did that discussion yield any other IP that's worth
holding/protecting/selling?

I'd like some clarification on the Boards' intentions regarding
protecting, selling or pass-on the IP assets.

There is also the contents of a storage space...
Whilst the assets may be passed on - I forget if anyone has stepped
forward about preserving historical assets.
I'm aware of the Google Docs request to scan AUUGN.
Are there other records not bound by the Privacy Act that could/should
be preserved?
e.g. the member database, Board minutes, historical member lists -
these might be passed on, archived or securely destroyed.

I'm guessing the Treasurer has in-hand the 7-year ATO archive
requirement for all financial records & returns.
I don't know the archive/records requirements under the Victorian
Associations Act.

I'm guessing the Board has already identified all of these assets and
allocated funds & people responsible for proper handling...
