My interpretation of what's happening is that Greg is acting
in good faith and you are over-reacting. Of course, I can't
prove that my interpretation is correct but hopefully it will
at least demonstrate that the same text can give rise to
different interpretations.

Perhaps you should think that Greg is acting in good faith
until you become aware of any real reasons why he might not
be doing so. Until then, it makes sense to assume that he's
acting in good faith.

I think it's obvious that he's acting in good faith. He is
trying to make AUUG continue. I can't imagine any malicious
reason for doing so. Even if i could, I don't think it could
apply to Greg.
