AUUG is Incorporated in Victoria under the Associations Act.
This requires on-going expenses - including Audit of properly prepared
accounts.
Not optional in this business form - regardless of 'income'.

What is the legal form of ADUUG?
There is every reason for AUUG to move back to the legal form it had
*before* Incorporation.
[The same as a 'partnership' - all members jointly and severally liable.]

"Insolvent Trading" *only* applies under the Corporations Act.
AUUG is not a Company Limited by Guarantee.
As an Association it does not 'trade', does not have (business)
directors and is not covered by the Corps. Act.

This is a specious argument.
What you *do* are your priorities, not what you meant to (or would've
liked to) do.
"Time Management" is a phantom - allocating priorities and fulfilling
them is all there is.

AUUG is not the highest priority for the board members.
That's not a judgement, challenge or anything else.

It's just fact, and more than understandable.

Say it like it is, don't hide behind Good Intentions.
This is how the organisation died. Too many Good Intents, too little action.
