Oh?

The only reason given for incorporation was the need to pass the domain
name to an incorporated body. There are other incs that could well
handle that - LCA would be one - so having an unincorporated group
handle everything else an option, I'd have thought. I'd MUCH rather not
incorporate if we can avoid it.

Clearly not clear enough! Sorry, I must have missed the memo :-)

If that's the only plan, then the issue of people versus incs is indeed
not relevant.
