Of course assets can go to members! But like any other action we take,
it must be done in good faith, for the good of the association, and
otherwise within the law. We can give assets to anyone we choose,
including members, and for any reason.
The rules and the law are clear that an association cannot be *run* for
the profit of the members, nor to benefit particular individuals. This
is not the case here.
