My feeling was the ballot was the Last Big Effort from the board.
Having that fail now puts AUUG into real quandary:

    What now??


There is so much wrong with AUUG, this observation, while probably
technically correct, is not even "rearranging deck chairs on the
Titanic" - it is burning the last of the Goodwill and Energy to act.

If we are lucky we get just one more 'go round' - What's it going to be???
