I've written to Greg off-line to please clarify what he's saying - I'm
buggered if I know what he's on about and his oft-repeated "Go read
again what you don't understand" is not only unhelpful, but deliberate
and mendacious.

He's refused to respond.

My only conclusion is that he's not acting in Good Faith.

Would anyone like to disabuse me of this notion?
i.e Why, based on his current actions, should I think Greg *is* acting
in good faith?
