[AUUG-Talk]: Lions Chair/Dissolution of AUUG

The biggest asset (numerically) AUUG has is the Lions Award account.
This funds an award for student papers presented at AUUG conferences,
and has nothing to do with the Lions Chair.

Without reading the correspondence regarding its setup, I see no
reason why the award couldn't be widened (may already be) to other
conferences in Australia, nor why its administration couldn't be
handed on to some other organization willing to take it on as a trust
separate from their own assets.
