Was thinking about this myself the other day and wondered if there  
are others who would be interested in hearing Joel Spolsky (of Joel  
on Software fame - http://www.joelonsoftware.com)? I'm constantly  
impressed by the quality and insight in his writings .

No idea if he'd be available but he travelled to NZ last year so the  
distance might not be an issue
