We report it in the Financials, and the statements come to me as
Treasurer.

If AUUG is just a trustee, then we can't roll it into anything, and
the owners will need to pick another trustee.

I haven't seen any papers formalizing a Trust, and we certainly
haven't been submitting tax returns for a trust separate from AUUG, so
I'm guessing that any trustee status is informal. Of course, the
boxes of past paperwork littering my home office may contain something
to contradict me.

The trustiness aspect of things is why I don't thing the Award account
can go to the Lions Chair, but needs to remain an award, even it
maintained by someone else.

I've said I think any remaining AUUG $ should go into the Award
account, and move to whoever is willing to do the conference paper
referreeing, etc., which is part of the what it's all about.
