Ummmmm.  Reasonable record keeping and archiving has *not* ever been
part of the AUUG admin landscape... This problem is as old as AUUG.

- AUUGN hasn't been consistently collected and held by its publishers.

- There is an enormous gap in the accounts.
   Yep - one board lost everything... A few years worth from memory.

- And then there's the membership lists being kept.
  There's no evidence that anything but the current members are known.
  Which makes it a little hard to reach out and invite donations :-)

And down here in CBR, there is the yearly bun fight with the shared
infrastructure/ISP. For as long as I can remember, the AUUG renewals
have not been sent in a reasonable time.

Summary:
	AUUG and it's boards, with or without a paid Admin, have been
	lousy with the paperwork.

When Chris was on the board, at least the accounts and the membership
list were in one place and findable...
