Dunno about BSD, but the Solaris ones track ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub

so check if there's a file with a set of updated rules already there.
Latest seems to be "2006o" of 6 Nov, so a pretty good chance.

Some of the Qld rules are a fun read, eg. ref to ABC news article with
Premier Beatty's comments concerning the results of their DST
trials...
