[Cook] Unexpected Feature with "forced dependencies"

Hello,

yes, it is intended behaviour. The problem was that one ingredient
matched the same recipe. This is not allowed per default. Adding the
second recipe without forced dependencies provided a second recipe
which matched the ingredient and everything worked.

The real solution is to add the recurse flag to the first recipe.

This also explains why the ".o: .c" recipe behaved differently.
