[Cook] Fix for broken cook-2.27 makefile

Hello All,

I asked a question on the list recently regarding whether the makefile 
(or more accurately the Makefile.in file) in the cook-2.27 tarball was 
broken. Aparently the answer to this is 'yes' and that I am not the 
first to find this.

Attached is an Aegis dist file containing a patch for the code that 
generates the Makefile.in file.

I'll be sending a regular patch file shortly that users who build from 
the tarball can apply to get 2.27 up an running.
