Intel's General Manager predicts the future of ICT
What impact will wearable computers have on the whole ICT market? Imagine ubiquitous wireless broadband plus voice recognition that really works. Now think about how this will change your customer. And you.
Join us for lunch on Wednesday 13 September when Philip Cronin, General Manager, Intel Australia Pty Ltd will look ten years into the future.
Philip, a member of AIIA's prestigious Board of Directors, will discuss:
a.. How people will gather and process information
b.. The convergence of the home-based PC, the Internet and TV - has it changed forever the way families interact?
a.. Whether ubiquitous high-speed broadband provides a future economic advantage or a generation of kids hooked on playing games
b.. Has Moore's Law reached its limit?
Philip is well placed to know the answers to these questions and more: Intel Corporation has developed technology enabling the computer and Internet revolution that has changed the world.
A highly regarded inspiration speaker, Philip will provide his personal perspective on the future possibilities of the PC and the changes that we can expect to enjoy in our everyday lives as a result of ICT.
