Election 2003 - printing error

By now you should have received your election materials.

Please note:

Due to a printing error there is no marked space on the back of the outer
envelope for your signature.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SIGN BELOW THE DECLARATION.

As stated in the instructions, if the declaration is not signed your vote
will be considered invalid.

And don't forget, your ballot must be received by 12-jun-2003.
