Refreshments will be provided.  Everyone welcome.
 
For those that have attended previous years conferences at the Uni,
this is in the same building, just the opposite wing.  The Seminar 
room is on the second level.  Enter at the lift (but don't take the
lift) in the centre between the two wings, and take the stairs to 
the left through the double glass doors and you'll be in front 
of the seminar room.

Come along and see OSX in action at the Antarctic CRC, Grosvenor Road,
University of Tasmania, on Wednesday the 31st of July , 5:30 pm  until 7pm.
Have an all too brief evening of : Fun, Food and Fellowship.
 
This is your opportunity to see and help direct the future deployment of OS
X .  After an introduction to the system by Frank Sainsbury and Ian Cumming
comes your part.   Tell us what you like and dislike about  what you have
seen.
 
Ian Cumming has built a system to deploy gnu tools, x windows , lyx and
others to the Mac Darwin platform in our Honours Lab.   The system uses
NIS, though we are moving to NDS authentication and automounting to create
an environment.
 
Come and see a mac with a three button mouse!
