[AUUG-Talk]: Proxy vote to Christopher Vance

I am a paid-up member and eligible to vote.

I also hereby authorise Adrian Close to act as my proxy and to cast my  
vote on all matters as he sees fit.

In the event that Adrian does not attend or does not accept my proxy,  
I authorise the Chair of the meeting to cast my vote as the Chair sees  
fit.
