[AUUG-Talk]: An offer you may refuse

I claim that AUUG's web has not been satisfactorily maintained for at 
least a couple of years.  Look at it if you doubt me.

I would like to offer my services, once again, as webmaster.  It's 
something the constitution permits me to do even if I no longer am a 
financial member.  I would undertake the role as a dictator.  If anyone 
wanted something put up, or changed, they would have to work through 
me.  I would have the sole decision on how things are done.

So there's an offer: give up the current laissez-faire web, which is to 
say one that is incomplete, outdated and inaccurate, in favor of a web 
that is maintained and managed by an ogre.

This is pretty much a one-time offer.  Feel free to indicate your 
personal approval or disapproval on this list.
