[AUUG-Talk]: proxy wanted

I can't be at the meeting.  I want to send a proxy.

Does the Secretary need the proxy notification my paper (snail? fax?) or
will email be sufficient?

Can the Secretary vote my proxy, or does it have to be a 3rd person?
