is "OSI Position Paper on the SCO-vs.-IBM Complaint" (where OSI stands for
Open Source Initiative). The authors are Eric Raymond and Rob Landley.
Interesting reading and might be a good reference for people wanting some
in-depth analysis of the complaint. Cheers!
