[Talk] Announcement of national committee election results?

The results will be announced as soon as the Returning Officer and the
Assistant Returning Officer can be in the same room for an hour or so 
to count the votes.  At the moment the votes are sealed in the envelope
Liz sent them to me in and locked in a secure place.

This has gotten caught up in the Sun end of financial year madness -
meaning both the ARO and myself have been kept really busy.

Should be done by the end of next week.
