It was with Interest that I read of your efforts to introduce open-Source to
government.

Are you concentrating on the server side or is the linux desktop on the table also?

We have had some success on using open-source software in the pharmacutical and
medical industry on its strengths not its price. One of the primary concerns we
have had to address is the percieved lack of support and accountability of the
software.We have approached open-source from the posotive end as in "Well, here
is our source code. Where is yours?"
This raises all sorts of interesting questions in the clients mind when the
source code is NOT released.  
 anyway you have all probably discussed this a thousand times so I wn't go on.
