Of course it's only useful in martketing!
Most of the corporate world neither know-of nor care about the vagaries of
Common Criteria. But they do know that this _sounds_ serious and official.
It also makes Linux a lot easier to sell to government policy-makers. This
is one more checklist item 'checked'.
