[Talk] Saving wasted postage

While we're discussing things that AUUG could do, including
avoidance of unnecessary expenditure, it seems to me that it
owuld be great if AUUG could clean up its mailing lists so that
we can stop sending multiple copies of announcements to people.

I have been getting two copies of mail about the Conference for
ages now and nothing I do to try to stop the wasted extra copy
of these items has been successful.  Does anybody know how we
can work on this?
