[Cook] Is there an archive with 2.3x available on the net?

I've pulled everything I could find from the Wayback Machine. There's a copy of his site from late 2013 online at http://petermiller.work/pmiller/software/cook - the page shows only 2.34, but there are a few older versions, too. If I can get aegis working, I'll see if it has a better history.
