[Cook] Is there an archive with 2.3x available on the net?

I asked the wrong question. I can find cook-2.34 at fossies.org. I am wondering if there's still an archive that has historical versions of cook (and even aegis). Peter's website (http://miller.emu.id.au/pmiller) has gone dark. I'm hoping that we haven't lost all of his work.
