[Cook] [Aegis] Messages for Peter Miller

I'd like to express gratitude to Peter for Aegis, my first, and still
most important SCM for EcoLab, Classdesc and friends.

He was definitely ahead of the time - its only relatively recently
possible to get something like Aegis's functionality from other SCMs,
like Git, and then only combining them with a continuous integration
solution like TeamCity.

Farewell Peter - my wishes for a speedy end to your ordeal.
