[Cook] compatibility with autotools>=2.60

Hello,

I was updating the arch linux aur package for cook:
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=35852 when I found that the
package would need these lines to be added to Makefile.in because most
arch users use autotools>=2.60

datarootdir = @datarootdir@
datadir = @datadir@

These changes should be backwards compatible.
