[Cook] Typo and formatting problem with text

Another typo in the manual: when talking about whole-project builds, I think 
"below a single command directory" should be "below a single common 
directory".

Also, the text versions of the documentation are hard to search because of 
the justification, which prevents a typical pager like less from searching, 
because single spaces in a search expression don't match potentially 
multiple spaces in the justified lines. Additionally, since the text
documentation is clearly intended to be read in a monospaced font, it would 
be better non-justified (justification is not generally recommended for 
monospaced text).
