[Cook] Case insensitive dependencies ??

Is it possible to configure cook such that one can give it dependency
rules such as

foo.tgt: bar.src ;

and for cook to look for Bar.src, BAR.SRC, bAr.sRc or any other
combination. This will help for projects using inane compilers which
allow statements such as

include bar.src

when the file is actually called "Bar.src"
