[Cook] dos-path / un-dos-path is anachronistic

From the users guide:

 [dos-path //c/temp] results in c:\temp

Presumable this is for compatibility with Cygwin.

But Cygwin doesn't do it that way anymore.

On recent versions, C:\temp becomes /cygdrive/c/temp

And there is a utility (cygpath) which does that conversion for you.

Perhaps cook's dos-path / un-dos-path commands should simply call
cygpath ??
