[Cook] errok description wrong in the ref-man

Hi all,

on page 37 of the reference manual (Postscript) for cook-2.22, the
description for the errok and noerrok flags are not correct: 
  
  errok: if the _errok_ flag is specified, the commands within the
         actions bound to the recipe must always be successfull.

  noerrok: Exit status from commands will be ignored. This is usually
         the default.

I guess that the first sentences for each description should be
exchanged...
