[Cook] next version of tutorial

I am starting to plan out the next version of the tutorial... what do people think I should
include, correct, etc. (except the obvious english problems)... right now my list is:

1) Interfacing to a config management system (aegis will be the example)
2) Parellism and threads
3) Better coverage of c_incl
4) Platform independance/cross-platform issues
5) Splitting large cookbooks into multiple files
6) Dynamically generating the ingrident list(s) for targets
