[Cook] PID and exit hook

The thread-id has nothing to do with posix threads or linux threads. 
Cook doesn't use them, it has multiple byte-code interpreters instead.

There is no [getpid] function.  Send a patch if you want one.

Will wrapping the cook invokation in a shell script work for you?
