[Cook] Binaries for windows?

On the download page I found the rpm providing the i386 binaries. Thats
great. Do you see a chance to provide also a package for windows binaries?
I think it would highly increase the number of cook users if not every user
has to maintain a complete cygwin/bash environment just to build cook.
