[Cook] non-existent includes

Right now it just gives a Joe Average programmers introduction to the
build "problem" and a super fast comparision between cook and make.
I want to create a cookfile that actually builds my project (as you have
seen from my postings not a trival build process) befor I right the
cook specific part (i.e. writing cookfiles and the concepts behind them).
