Some of the libs are made befor anything else automatically (i.e. they
are ALWAYS included in the lib list but may not be directly referenced
in includes.h... e.g. Memory management is very complex but it handled
transparently by the memory manager via over loading the new operator
thus if the memory manager lib is not included in the libs to build against
it will not use the memory manager [and I want to force all code to use
it]).
