[Cook] remote execution linux-AIX

I'm running cook on linux trying to execute a command remotely on an AIX
machine via ssh. Cook writes a file starting with '#!/bin/bash' to be
executed remotely but the remote machine has the bash in /usr/local/bin.
Can I configure cook to use a different shell? This would be essential if I
try to run remote commands e.g. on an OS/2 or Windows PC which don't have a
bash installed.
Regards
Gottfried
