[Cook] tutorial

The first draft of the tutorial is done.  It has not been proof read in
ANY way so if you have an issue with the english in it keep that in mind,
i.e. no english flames please.  Can people please look at it and give
me feed back on it's readibility and weither or not it accomplishs it's main
goal which is to get someone up to speed, i.e. all the importand paradimes
are introduced (i.e. the learning curve if flatter) well enough that they
understand cookfiles, the manual and what is discussed on the mailing list.
