Hi everyone,

Not to be outdone by Victoria <friendly-rivalry/>, here is an opportunity
to get your _South Australian_ friends and associates migrated to a real
'operating system. As with the Linux User's Victoria installfest, there
will be quite a wireless emphasis.

It's a real pleasure to be a part of such a happening community as the Unix
community. :-)

cheers,
David Bullock
Secretary, AUUG.

Subject: [ANNOUNCEMENT]: Installfest 2002 Unplugged : Dec 7th Enterprise
    House Adelaide

The South Australian Chapter of AUUG are proud to announce:

INSTALLFEST 2002 UNPLUGGED!

A day where anyone wanting "hands-on" help or information regarding
Wireless networking or Free Unix-like operating systems (such as Linux
or BSD) can attend. The event is on December 7th at Enterprise
House, 136 Greehill Road Unley, and both entrance and the software are
free of charge.

Bring your computers along and get expert help installing or
configuring RedHat Linux, Debian, SuSE, Mandrake, FreeBSD, NetBSD,
OpenBSD and many other types of Unix.

This year you can also get help with wireless networking: learn all
the buzz words, find out about security and even learn about the local
community based wireless network being established. There will be
many presentations on the day and a number of demonstrations,
including wireless antenna modifications, FreeBSD basics and how Unix
can help you out.

It doesn't matter what field you're in, be it medicine, information
technology or forestry. This day is sure to be a blast and with sponsors
such as Internode, Coopers, NetCE, UniSA and Aarnet this event is not
one to miss.
